Who we are
This application is custom business management software built and operated by Talents Web Solutions for the business that uses it. It is a private, single-tenant system: each client business runs its own copy with its own database, and no data is shared between clients.
What we collect
The application stores the business records its users enter or import: customers, orders, invoices, supplier bills, payments, and related documents such as photographed or uploaded invoices. If the business connects a bank or credit card account through Plaid, the application also receives read-only transaction data (dates, amounts, and merchant descriptions) for those connected accounts.
How bank connections work
Bank and card connections are made through Plaid, a service used by thousands of financial apps. You authenticate directly with your financial institution inside Plaid’s secure interface: this application never sees, collects, or stores your banking username or password. We receive only a read-only access token and transaction data. We cannot move money, initiate payments, or make any change to your accounts. Data obtained through Plaid is also governed by the Plaid End User Privacy Policy.
How we use data
Data is used for one purpose: documenting and reconciling the business’s own operations, for example matching bank transactions against supplier bills to mark them paid. We do not sell, rent, share, or aggregate your data, use it for advertising, or use it for any purpose beyond operating this application for the business it serves.
How data is protected
All traffic to and from the application is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2 or better). Data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure with encryption at rest, and Plaid access tokens receive additional application-level encryption. Access to production systems is restricted and protected with multi-factor authentication.
Retention and deletion
Data is retained for the operating life of the business’s engagement with Talents Web Solutions. On request, or when an engagement ends, we delete the associated data and disconnect any linked bank accounts (including removal at Plaid) within 30 days.
